PCR光纖是用于各類熒光PCR儀器病毒檢測。PCR的熒光定量檢測(Real time-PCR)，即通過熒光染料或熒光標記的特異性探計對PCR過程中產物量進行標記跟蹤監控,利用熒光信號變化來來計算分子初始模板量。采用光纖和光電倍增管，可滿足高樣本密度、小體積、多色熒光實時檢測的需要。采用光纖的熒光定量PC的檢 測，滿 足 1％ FS信噪比要求 ，經過試劑試驗 ，證實其性能達到了當前國際同類儀器的水平。
PCR fibers are used in all kinds of PCR fluorescences machine for virus detection. The Real Time PCR, through processes the amount of the products, can be tracked and monitored fluorescent dye or fluorescent labeling specific detector, with fluorescence signal changes, the initial template amount can be easily calculated. With optical fiber and photomultiplier tube are used in this technique, the requirements of higher density, lower noise, and multi-color fluorescence real-time detection. Reagent tests proved that our PCR fibers reached the international requirements.
